Starting a 5-day tribute to the great Moebius who sadly passed away this Saturday. Jean Giraud wasn't just ONE of the greats. He might have been the greatest of them all.

    I just found about Girauds death, and I am devasted. He was simply...superb. Plus I have a terrible crush on Lt. Blueberry.

    I'm only sorry I don't have any Blueberry books with splashes in them (if they exist).

    Nah, Blueberry's didn't lend themselves to big splashpages. Nice simple sequential boxes that simply told the story...but egad, the art was sublime.
