I was a big fan of this version of the Soldier, and got other people into it at work. The African setting was one we hadn't seen before, and the creators really did their research. It became a war title as worthy as, say, DMZ, though people didn't talk about it as much. It even eventually linked up to the DC continuity Soldier.
